DEAD RECKONING
Dead reckoning: knowing exactly where you are using only known speed, direction, and time. No GPS required.
This feed tells you where Digital Sovereignty is going and why. Once per quarter. Three goals. No marketing language.
Three goals for the next 90 days.
First real installation
The first completed Tier 2 install on a client's hardware, with a live product portfolio and a configured Doctrine Engine. No install has been completed yet. This is the first milestone everything else depends on.
First doctrine cycle
Thirty days of corrections, synthesis, and amendments on a real install. The doctrine cycle is the mechanism that makes the stack smarter from use. It has not run on any external install yet. Q3 is about proving it generalises beyond the builder.
First real case study
A published, permissioned case study from the first install. Not a projection. Not a template. A real operator, a real portfolio, real numbers. The case study publishes only after the install is complete and the client agrees.
THE PHYSICAL CARD
Tier 2+ operators receive this quarter's Dead Reckoning as a printed A5 card, posted from London.
It contains the same three goals, printed on one side. The other side: your installation seal.
"It is the only piece of paper on your desk you did not generate."
